CASTING LINE
We use a Class 100 dust-free coating workshop. This is the configuration with the highest dust-free level in the global industry. This gives the product the highest possible transparency and smoothness.
We use an advanced UV curing process to replace the old-fashioned oven, giving the finished film greater toughness and uniformity.
We use Nordson EDI, which is the most accurate coating head available. It brings better uniformity and smoothness to the finished product.
COATING LINE
Sumitomo Casting Equipment is a manufacturing system that uses tape casting to produce films with a thickness less than 0.1mm. It has high precision and high speed and can efficiently produce high-quality films.
This is the most sophisticated film casting and co-extrusion equipment available, producing base films with higher flatness and uniformity. The finished film has better brightness and more uniform toughness.
R&D LABORATORY
We have established a PhD team of more than 50 people, focusing on the research and development of the new materials industry. And apply the research results to our new products, using our accumulation and scientific and technological capabilities in the field of chemistry to empower products.
TESTING CENTER
Product testing is an assessment of quality, and we attach great importance to this aspect. To this end, we have prepared more than ten pieces of equipment, such as xenon lamp aging test equipment, high and low temperature alternating humidity and heat test equipment, and ultraviolet accelerated weathering test equipment, to simulate as much as possible the product's endurance in various extreme environments to ensure delivery to customers product quality.
R&D LABORATORY
We innovatively place the slitting production line in a dust-free workshop, maintaining the same clean level as the production workshop, ensuring that products are in a dust-free environment from production to packaging, greatly reducing the risk of dust adhering to the product.
